SOLD OUT - The Last Ever Classics & Cake at The Factory

Join us for the last ever Classics & Cake at The Factory. Parking for this event is open for Classic Cars, Supercars and Motorbike meet, on Duke of London's famous blue road, on Sunday 17th March from 9am. There are pedestrian tickets too. 100% of all ticket proceeds goes to Cocoon Care After Care, a local charity who we are incredibly proud to support. Cocoon works tirelessly to help local young people leaving the care system.

Expect a vast array of fabulous cars, people and dogs - who are all most welcome - in addition to coffee from Coffeology as well as breakfast from food vendors. Plonkers will be open from 10am serving Mimosas and Bloody Marys plus the Brewery Tap will be open from midday pulling pints.

Groove Seekers will be here from 9am with a vinyl record fair and there will be a Regge Dance in the afternoon at Upstairs at Plonkers on into the evening - dance start time to be announced.

So, what next? Duke is moving in April to a new permanent home. Whilst it will never be our beloved Factory, our new space will provide us with the long-since-needed security of tenure and ability to plan ahead. The new digs will be a real step up for Duke, whilst we will of course miss the leaky character of The Factory!

We've hot stepped between 3x different meanwhile use premises over the past 10 years, it's time to build somewhere we can call our own. We were only ever supposed to reside at The Factory for 18 months when we took the keys in late 2018, some 5 and a half years later I think it's safe to say we made the bloody most of it! The new space will be open for you all to enjoy this summer.

Of course with redevelopment and change comes compromise, but we are extremely lucky to have found somewhere nearby that is actually much better fit for purpose for Duke altogether. Ballymore have been beyond incredible to us and have expressed their gratitude to us and our community by facilitating this move to our new home. We cannot thank them enough. The new space will of course continue to host a plethora of Duke and external events. This isn't the end, just goodbye for now ❤️
